With over 25 years of experience in helping hundreds of companies create and administer absence management solutions, Ken has a proven track record of leadership experience and strategic insight. Most recently, Ken served as the President of Matrix Absence Management, an industry-leading third-party ab- sence management provider with over 1,000 employees and responsible for pro- viding H.R. and claims administration (disability, worker's compensation, Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), as well as Americans with Disabilities Act) services for companies employing over 2.5 million people.

As an accomplished C-level executive, Ken maintains extensive knowledge of the most productive ways to align the human capital needs of an organization to its mission, strategic aspirations, and workforce planning requirements.

In addition to obtaining his MBA, Ken holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Management and Leadership Development from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Penn- sylvania. His thesis explored the ways mandated paid family leave might influence the employee benefits decisions made by American companies in the future.
 
When he isn't hacking his way around a golf course, Ken enjoys serving as a higher education adjunct instructor facilitating courses in Human Resources and Leadership.
